Scandi buildings: strong lines, minimalist aesthetic, with an emphasis on natural light, the use of natural materials and colours
Homes should have plenty of natural textures, soft lighting and cozy nooks. The common thread that unites Scandinavian architecture is the awareness of energy consumption and the use of simple, clean lines in building design.
Scandi buildings are distinguished by thoughtful and sustainable design, which includes the use of innovative technologies. An important parameter is the provision of buildings with natural light due to harsh climatic conditions.
ARCHITECTURE
Why are Norwegian houses painted red?
The red colour was the cheapest to produce. It was created by mixing ochre with cod liver oil.
Many buildings in farming lands or fishing areas, where incomes were lower than average
were mostly paint in red.

One of the most important concepts in the Scandinavian languages is the word associated with the feeling of comfort
Literally, this is the art of creating comfort. Scandinavians love natural materials, subdued lights, flickering candles and retro decor.
